Director of Internal Audit & SOX Compliance

The Director of SOX & Internal Controls will own the global SOX 404 program and lead the design and maturation of a scalable internal control framework to support Blockchain.com's public company readiness and growth. This senior leader will build and mentor a team, partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Engineering and Product, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Audit Committee. The role includes driving continuous improvement and automation of controls and managing relationships with external auditors and acquisition integrations.
