Director of Learning and Development

The Director of Learning and Development leads the design and implementation of a comprehensive organizational learning strategy to strengthen workforce capabilities and advance the mission of The Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh. This role provides strategic leadership while supporting the delivery and evaluation of training programs across clinical, educational, and administrative functions. The position collaborates with senior leadership and various departments to build a continuous learning environment that supports employee growth, retention, and performance.
