Director of Leasing

The Director of Leasing at Fluidstack is responsible for leading the company's global leasing strategy to secure multi-GW data center capacity for frontier AI workloads. This role involves sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex lease transactions while collaborating with cross-functional teams on site selection, power diligence, and operational needs. The position requires a strong understanding of data center requirements, expert negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-pressure deals simultaneously. Additionally, the Director will standardize leasing processes and lead a team as Fluidstack expands its infrastructure capabilities.
