The Director of Lifestyle Enrichment oversees programs that enhance the quality of life for residents across social, intellectual, physical, and spiritual domains within a senior living community. The role provides leadership and strategic oversight of the lifestyle/enrichment function and represents the department within community leadership. The position also ensures alignment with resident needs, family engagement, and organizational standards.
