Director of Machine Learning & AI

Thorn is seeking a Director of Machine Learning & AI to lead and build the team responsible for applying machine learning and AI to challenging technical challenges in the mission of defending children from sexual exploitation. The role involves shaping the technical strategy, developing ML expertise across products, and ensuring responsible AI practices while fostering a high-performing team culture. This position reports to the CTO and partners closely with Engineering, Product, and other teams to align ML priorities with the organization's broader strategy.
