Director of Major Gifts

The Director of Major Gifts leads Seattle Theatre Group’s major gifts strategy, building a sustainable program to deepen donor relationships and advance the organization’s $30M+ Capital Campaign. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this role manages a personal portfolio of high-net-worth donors and provides leadership to the major gifts team. The position focuses on securing six- and seven-figure gifts while fostering a culture of philanthropy across the organization.
