The Director of Manufacturing at Orbitworks leads the end-to-end transition from satellite design to scalable, reliable production in a high-growth Abu Dhabi facility. The role oversees manufacturing and test engineering, MGSE and EGSE systems, and the creation of robust production processes. This position is central to building a manufacturing organization capable of producing high-autonomy satellite systems at scale. It requires a hands-on, strategic leader who can operate in ambiguity and align manufacturing execution with company objectives for cost, quality, and schedule.
