About this role
The Director of Newcomer Services leads Catholic Charities’ Migration & Refugee Services, Education & Workforce Development, and Immigrant Legal Services to deliver compassionate care and stewardship aligned with the Catholic Charities mission. Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Executive Team, the role coordinates strategy and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to align ministry objectives. The Director oversees 60+ employees across offices in Alexandria, Manassas, and Fredericksburg. The position focuses on integrated service delivery for newcomers through three ministries.
