About this role

The Director of Nursing (DON) at Otterbein Sunset House leads the nursing department and is accountable for the quality of nursing care across all levels of resident care. The role partners with clinical staff, physicians, families, and other departments to ensure care is delivered in accordance with policies, regulations, and the organization’s mission. The DON is a key member of the leadership team reporting to the Executive Director and is responsible for quality improvement, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
