Director of Nursing

The Director of Nursing oversees the overall operation of the Nursing Department, ensuring the delivery of quality resident care in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role involves planning, organizing, and directing nursing operations while maintaining required staffing levels and promoting a safe environment for residents. The position reports to the Administrator and/or Medical Director and assumes their duties in their absence.
