About this role

The Director of Operational Transformation for Paymode leads cross-functional efforts to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives across payment operations. Reporting to the SVP of Network and Payment Operations, the role aligns Product, Implementation, and Vendor Success teams, tracks OKRs and operational KPIs, and focuses on improving client satisfaction and business results. The director will influence organizational change, support enterprise Lean programs, and ensure sustainable process improvements.
