About this role
Senior operations leader responsible for building and scaling the operational infrastructure of a fast-growing edtech company. Partners closely with founders and cross-functional leaders to design systems, processes, and initiatives that support growth and a strong customer experience. The role emphasizes strategic, hands-on ownership and continual improvement of company operations. This is a hybrid position based in NYC with in-person attendance four days per week.
