About this role

The Director of Operations, North America will lead all manufacturing and operations activities across multiple U.S.-based plants and related distribution/fulfillment centers for a high-growth telecommunications-focused manufacturer. Reporting to the Global Vice President of Manufacturing, this role is responsible for aligning regional operations with global strategies and standards while serving as a key member of the extended leadership team. The position carries significant regional ownership for operational performance and requires onsite leadership presence in upstate New York. It offers high visibility and impact within a global organization with a broad manufacturing footprint.
