Director of Operations

The Director of Operations for Caterpillar’s Remanufacturing division will lead and represent reman operations across the Mississippi campus (three large facilities), overseeing a workforce of more than 1,200 employees. The role supports Caterpillar’s sustainability and services strategy by managing remanufacturing activities that return genuine Cat components to service, reducing waste and raw material use. The position is based in Corinth, MS and participates in long‑term strategic planning and cross‑functional coordination across the enterprise.
