Director of Operations

The Director of Operations serves as the strategic business leader for the property's hotel operations, overseeing Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Engineering. Reporting to the General Manager, the role ensures brand standards, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance are met while driving revenue growth and maintaining owner relations. The position requires strong Food & Beverage leadership, resort experience, and familiarity with the GCC hospitality market.
