Director of Operations

The Director of Operations provides end-to-end operational leadership and strategic direction for the Juarez, Mexico manufacturing and distribution facilities within the Data Center, Power, and Control global value stream. This role drives continuous transformation and best-in-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital while enabling long-term growth and customer service excellence. The position requires strong cross-functional leadership to align site performance with division strategy and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
