Director of Operations

The Director of Operations leads the cross-functional operating process that converts qualified opportunities into accurate, buildable, and execution-ready product solutions for Nextpower's utility-scale solar, energy storage, and critical power infrastructure projects. This role aligns Project Engineering, Sales, Estimating, and Material Sourcing with Product Management to ensure designs match quotes, products are buildable, and project risks are managed before contract signature. The position is responsible for establishing readiness gates, leading bid reviews, and delivering a formal handoff package to Project Execution teams upon contract award.
