Director of Operations

The Director of Operations serves as the strategic business leader for the property's Hotel Operations, overseeing areas such as the Welcome Office, AWAY Spa, Style, and Food and Beverage. This role involves developing and implementing departmental strategies, ensuring brand service standards are met, and maximizing financial performance while fostering positive owner relations. The position requires strong knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards, along with proficiency in English and preferably Hungarian.
