Director of Operations

The Director of Operations reports to the Vice President of Operations and is responsible for standing up and scaling centralized, fleet-wide operations functions across a multi-site generation portfolio. This role designs and implements uniform operating standards, management systems, and performance cadences to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. The position involves integrating newly acquired assets, standardizing core O&M processes, and building a high-performance culture across the fleet.
