Director of Patient Outcomes

About this role
The Director of Patient Outcomes oversees completion of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Prospective Payment System (IRF PPS) and provides clinical support for scoring and documentation of functional outcome measures (FOM) to ensure accurate reflection of patients' care needs. The role may also direct the Case Management Department and is expected to integrate company values into daily practice.
