About this role
The Director of Payment Operations at Owner.com will lead the design and scaling of payment operations that support tens of millions of online restaurant orders and future international expansion. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reliability across all payment flows while building the operational infrastructure for new markets and channels. This leader will create processes, controls, and reporting to manage performance and risk, and will eventually build and manage a high-performing payments operations team. The position reports to the GM of Payments and works closely with Product, Engineering, Support, Finance, and Compliance.
