About this role
The Director of Platform Engineering at StarCompliance will establish and lead a new Platform Engineering function that unifies SRE and DevOps across the organization. The role owns the evolution of a modern, cloud-native internal engineering platform supporting StarCompliance’s SaaS products. It focuses on building standardized pipelines, tooling, and practices that enhance reliability, scalability, and developer experience. The director will work closely with Architecture and SecOps to align platform capabilities with cloud strategy and security requirements while remaining hands-on technically.
