About this role

As the Director of Engineering for Kyriba's Base Platform Infrastructure, you will define the strategic technical direction and lead the execution of foundational platform components including Kubernetes, networking, and middleware. This hands-on leadership role involves setting engineering standards, driving Infrastructure as Code adoption, and ensuring the reliability and security of the platform at enterprise scale while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define and own the strategic technical direction of the base platform
Lead the design and implementation of core platform components including Kubernetes clusters
Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code and GitOps practices across the team
Own the reliability, performance, and security posture of the base platform end-to-end
Collaborate with peer engineering leaders and product management to align platform needs
