The Director of Practice Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for MAHEC's ambulatory clinical practices, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care while advancing clinical, educational, and financial objectives. This role oversees practice operations across all clinic locations, partnering with service line leaders and administrative teams to optimize access, quality, patient experience, and financial performance. The position is responsible for developing operational strategies that promote efficiency, standardization, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance across the ambulatory enterprise.
