About this role

The Director of Product Management for Vibes’ Connect platform is responsible for defining product vision and driving execution to deliver a scalable, reliable, and compliant platform that serves carriers, partners, and customers. The role oversees a portfolio including messaging infrastructure, onboarding and provisioning, policy, analytics, and APIs, and partners closely with Engineering, Compliance, Messaging Ops, Sales, and Developer Relations. The director builds and mentors product teams and represents product priorities at the executive level to support operational excellence and growth.
