Director of Product Manager, Private Credit Indexes

Senior, strategic leader to drive growth and product strategy for Morningstar’s Private Credit Indexes, bringing deep expertise in credit markets and index design. This high-visibility role reports to the Head of Innovation and focuses on building transparent benchmarks for private credit while partnering across the firm. The position is based in Chicago and follows a hybrid schedule with at least four days onsite per week.
