Flex is a growth-stage fintech company focused on improving the rent payment experience by enabling renters to pay throughout the month on a schedule that fits their finances. The Director of Product will own the MarTech and growth data infrastructure product area, shaping how the company uses data to enable personalization and drive growth outcomes. The role is based out of Flex’s New York HQ or San Francisco Bay Area office with a hybrid schedule.
