The Director of Program Impact & Evaluation leads the measurement, analysis, and communication of Mentoring Alliance's program outcomes. This role oversees data integrity, collaborates with school districts on out‑of‑school‑time funding, and crafts data‑driven stories for stakeholders to support strategic decision‑making and demonstrate impact.
Mentoring Alliance is a Christ-centered, intentionally multiethnic nonprofit ministry serving children and families across multiple Texas communities. They offer after-school programs, summer camps, and dedicated mentoring relationships through their Mentor Connect program, partnering with local schools in areas including Tyler, Waco, Abilene, Longview, and the Bay Area. Their mission is to mobilize godly leaders and volunteers to provide tangible help and eternal hope to kids and families.
