Director of Program Management, Naval Radars Growth Programs

The Director of Program Management will lead the delivery and capacity acceleration team for Naval Radars growth programs, overseeing franchise growth strategy, new program and product introduction, and international radar initiatives. Reporting to the Naval Radars Executive Director, the role requires managing cost, schedule, and technical performance while coordinating with the Navy International Program Office and cross‑functional stakeholders.
