Director of Program Management

The Director of Program Management at Field AI leads the Project Management Office, overseeing the delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across AI, robotics, and autonomy R&D. This role is responsible for defining and scaling program and portfolio management capabilities to translate advanced research into deployable products and platforms. Reporting to senior R&D or executive leadership, the director serves as a strategic execution partner, ensuring clarity of priorities, proactive risk management, and measurable outcomes. The position operates within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment and collaborates closely with R&D, Product, Engineering, and Business leaders.
