Director of Program Operations

The Director of Program Operations oversees all youth enrichment programs for NIA Community Services Network, reporting directly to the Executive Director. This role involves managing operational, fiscal, and human resources efforts across after-school program sites while supervising regional and multi-site program supervisors. The position requires ensuring compliance with funder and licensing requirements, developing staff training plans, and fostering partnerships with schools and community-based organizations.
