Director of Project Controls

The Director of Project Controls will build and manage the controls process from the ground up, establishing standards, processes, and tools to manage cost, schedule, change management, and risk across all projects. This builder and manager role involves creating a repeatable controls system for new sites and leading the onsite control managers who execute and utilize that system. The position requires developing a comprehensive construction controls framework, leading budgeting and forecasting efforts, and implementing necessary controls tools connected to finance and project management systems.
