The Director of Properties at the Eames Institute leads stewardship of a diverse portfolio of real estate assets (ranch, commercial, and residential) to preserve, operate, and grow their value from acquisition through operations. The role supports strategic planning and financial oversight, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and maintained to serve the Institute’s programs and guests. The position is based in the Bay Area and is primarily onsite across Petaluma, Novato, Richmond, and San Francisco properties.
