The Director of Provider Contracting leads the strategy, administration, compliance, and financial oversight of provider employment and professional services agreements for the Medical Foundation. This role serves as the organization's expert in physician and advanced practice provider contracting and compensation, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, fair market value standards, and organizational goals. The position oversees the full contract lifecycle, including development, execution, compensation administration, performance monitoring, renewals, and compliance management.
