About this role

The Director of Quality leads the campus quality organization and drives enterprise-level improvements in product, process, and system quality, ensuring QMS compliance and a culture of operational excellence. This senior leader partners with operations, engineering, supply chain, and customer-facing teams to embed quality across the value stream and translate systemic improvements into measurable business outcomes. The role is based onsite in Jacksonville, FL and reports to the VP of Quality and Reliability.
