Director of Quality

The Director of Quality is a hands-on, operationally focused leader who oversees all quality functions, including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Engineering, and Supplier Quality, with a primary emphasis on factory-floor quality assurance. Reporting directly to the CEO & President, this role also assumes management oversight of the R&O (Repairs & Overhauls) function, driving the business through completion and orderly close-out. The position requires leading a team of quality professionals to stabilize operations, reduce scrap, and ensure compliance with AS9100 standards.
