The Director of Quality leads Red 6's scalable aerospace product organization by embedding quality planning into product development and improving manufacturing and supplier readiness. This role strengthens existing quality foundations while guiding processes and behaviors to meet customer, regulatory, and aerospace industry expectations. The position involves building practical, auditable quality processes and fostering a culture where teams proactively solve problems to prevent defects and compliance findings.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise Quality strategy and roadmap scaling Quality Management System
Maintain and improve AS9100 certification and lead internal audits and management reviews
Deploy APQP disciplines and integrate Quality into design and manufacturing processes

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical disciplineUS Citizen to have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
