The Director of Regulatory Affairs will lead Radiant's regulatory and licensing strategy and engagement with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, driving the Kaleidos microreactor toward demonstration and commercialization. This senior role partners with executives, engineering teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the product meets rigorous safety and regulatory standards. The position is based in Washington, DC and reports to the Chief Nuclear Officer.
