The Learning Center for the Deaf (TLC), based in Framingham, Massachusetts, is a nonprofit organization providing education and clinical services for deaf and hard-of-hearing children and their families. TLC operates a day and residential school, early intervention and family programs, audiology and cochlear implant services, and speech, language, and related therapies to support language, academic, and social development.
