About this role
The Director of Resolutions supports The Ohio State University’s Civil Rights Compliance Office by leading a centralized resolutions function for civil rights and sexual misconduct matters. This role partners closely with the Title VI Coordinator, Legal Affairs, and other campus stakeholders to ensure the university’s resolution processes meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements across protected-class and related complaints.
