This role runs a six to eight month development program to prepare Directors of Selling Experience for store leadership and potential promotion to Vice President, General Manager. The program provides immersive exposure to Saks Fifth Avenue culture, client experience, and business ownership and requires full mobility and readiness to relocate to any SFA store in the U.S. The position supports executive presentations and culminates in an annual summit with the Executive Leadership Team.
