Director of Security Engineering

The role reports to the CISO and leads a small, high‑leverage team of senior and staff security engineers, owning the security‑engineering roadmap, standards, and budget across the full code‑to‑cloud lifecycle. It involves setting functional strategy, integrating AI‑first security capabilities, partnering with product, representing security to executives and customers, and ensuring continuous compliance assurance.
