The Director of Security at Mandarin Oriental Sanya leads the security department to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff through daily operations, emergency management, and supervision. This role involves developing safety protocols, conducting training, managing investigations, and maintaining relationships with external authorities like the Public Security Bureau. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the director is responsible for upholding fire, life, health, safety, and security guidelines within the luxury resort.
