The Director of Business Operations - Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) will architect and drive SNC’s enterprise-wide SIOP/IBP capability, creating a forward-looking, data-driven planning engine that connects customer demand, supply and capacity, program execution, and financial outcomes. This leader will shape decision-making through governance, business intelligence, and change leadership to align strategy, resources, and execution across the enterprise. The role is focused on building organizational capability and sustaining disciplined planning adoption.
