The Director of Specialized Programs will provide clinical guidance, intervention, and supervision for adult clients with severe and persistent mental illness within Eliot's Adult Community Clinical Services. This role oversees administrative and clinical functions of specialized residential programs, collaborates on assessments and treatment plans, and manages staff supervision and program oversight.
