Director of Strategic Sourcing

The Director of Strategic Sourcing will build and lead Gradian's strategic sourcing organization, developing the team, supplier ecosystem, and sourcing strategies required to support the rapid scaling of the company's hyperscale data center cooling business. This role involves defining sourcing strategies to secure capacity, improve supplier performance, and mitigate risk while partnering with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with business growth plans. The position requires establishing sourcing governance, performance metrics, and supplier management processes to drive cost competitiveness and supply assurance.
