About this role
Senior programme lead role responsible for turning Lloyd’s revised strategy into deliverable actions and ensuring the programme is set up to succeed across the organisation. The role will establish and run a Strategy Delivery Office, own governance and strategy review processes, and ensure robust business cases, KPIs and stage gates are in place. It also includes oversight of the strategy budget and working with external consultants to deliver high‑quality outputs.
