About this role

The Director of Student Life leads residential student life for BEAM Discovery summer campuses as part of a site leadership team, supporting students’ social and mathematical development. This seasonal leadership role oversees counselor staffing, student supervision, behavior management, and day-to-day program operations from pre-camp preparation through post-camp wrap-up. The Director helps implement BEAM policies, contributes to leadership decision-making, and ensures a safe, engaging residential environment for participants.
