The Director of Student Success at the College of Health leads development and implementation of programs, partnerships, and resources that promote undergraduate academic success, engagement, and career readiness. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, the role coordinates student services across the college and university and will launch a multi-year professional development program (LAUNCH) beginning Fall 2026.
