Director of Supply Chain

The Director of Supply Chain leads the division’s end-to-end materials supply planning and in-plant materials management across six manufacturing locations within Regal Rexnord’s Automation & Motion Control segment. The role partners closely with the VP/GM and senior stakeholders to strengthen the division’s supply planning maturity and ensure reliable material availability from source through point of use. This position also engages executive-level supplier relationships and supports the business’s strategic productivity and efficiency goals.
